AI Visa Agent for Egyptians (2026), Schengen, UK and US from Egypt

An AI visa agent for Egyptians is software that fills official tourist-visa forms from an Egyptian passport and trip details, then a human expert checks the file before anything is lodged. For some Schengen missions from Egypt it can also book the VFS Global appointment in Cairo or Alexandria. It is not the consulate, it is not legal advice, and it cannot promise a visa. You can always apply yourself on the government or visa-centre site with no vendor fee. What a good agent saves you is form errors, document gaps, and the hours spent refreshing booking portals. This guide explains what the software actually does, what the official Schengen rules require, what Veeza AI charges today, and where the appointment queues stand, with links to the official sources for everything a government decides.

What the official Schengen rules say

Egyptian passport holders need a short-stay visa for the Schengen area. The European Commission page on applying for a Schengen visa is the rule sheet. You apply at the consulate of the country of longest stay, or the first country of entry if stays are equal. You lodge no earlier than six months before travel and no later than 15 days before. The core documents are a valid passport, the application form, an ICAO-spec photo, medical insurance, and proof of purpose, means, and intention to return.

Adult visa fees on the Commission page are listed at EUR 90, with a possible extra fee when a visa application centre is used. VFS Global runs many of those centres in Egypt, and each mission has its own portal. Check the official page before relying on any number.

How Veeza AI works

  1. Pick a destination.
  2. Upload a photo of the passport. The physical passport stays with you.
  3. AI fills the official forms.
  4. A human visa expert reviews every file.
  5. On full service Veeza books the visa-centre appointment. On paperwork service you book.
  6. Updates arrive on WhatsApp in Arabic or English.
  7. You pay in EGP when the application is ready, through a licensed local payment provider, with a receipt. Never cash, never personal wallets.

There is no approval guarantee. Visa decisions are made by consulates and embassies, not by Veeza. Nothing here is legal advice.

What it costs today

These figures are read from live configuration and match what checkout charges. Full-service Schengen is EGP 1,500 in service fees, and the paperwork service (France and the Netherlands) is EGP 750. UK Standard Visitor is EGP 4,000 and US B1/B2 is EGP 4,000, with the government fee paid separately, directly to the government. VFS centre fees are set by VFS and passed through at face value.

The live list of open destinations and prices is on the homepage. The official UK rules are on GOV.UK and the official US rules on travel.state.gov.

Appointment queues are the slow part

Veeza publishes its own readings of the VFS booking portals in Egypt (1,337 readings across 15 missions, 2026-03-01 to 2026-08-31) on the availability board and the wait-times table. Those dates are a planning guide, not a booked slot. And do not pick a country because its queue is shorter. That contradicts the longest-stay rule.

FAQ

What is an AI visa agent for Egyptians?

A product that uses AI to fill tourist-visa forms for Egyptian passport holders, then has a person review the file. Veeza AI is one example. It is not a consulate and not a law firm.

Can AI apply for a Schengen visa from Egypt for me?

It can fill the form and prepare documents. For some missions it can book VFS Global in Egypt. You still attend biometrics with your own passport, and the consulate decides. The official process is on the European Commission page about applying for a Schengen visa, plus the VFS Global portal for that mission.

Does an AI visa agent guarantee visa approval?

No. Visa decisions are made by consulates and embassies. Veeza AI does not guarantee approval and does not give legal advice.

Do I still go to VFS or the embassy?

Yes. For Schengen missions that use VFS in Egypt you still appear for biometrics. France uses TLScontact and you book that appointment yourself on the paperwork service. US B1/B2 still requires the embassy interview.

Is this the same as iVisa, Atlys, or a Cairo visa office?

No. Global e-visa apps are built for many nationalities and mainly e-visas. Slot tools watch booking calendars. Cairo agencies are traditional human brokerages. Veeza AI is scoped to Egyptian passports and listed tourist destinations, with human review on every file.

Do I hand over my passport or pay in cash?

Not with Veeza AI. You upload a photo of the passport and keep it with you until biometrics day. You pay in EGP by Egyptian bank card through a licensed local provider when the application is ready. Never cash, never transfers to personal wallets.
