  3. Pay 75% to reserve

    Once our team confirms your trip and the final price with you, by card or bank transfer.

  4. Pay the rest, get your visa

    When your flights are booked and your visas are issued, you pay the remaining 25% and your visa and tickets arrive in the app.

Good to know

  • Prices are fixed and the same for everyone. Travelers with a valid US or Schengen visa get the visa discount.
  • Men of military service age need a travel permit, which each pilgrim gets for themselves.
  • Rawdah visits are booked by each pilgrim through the Nusuk app, and our team helps you book.
  • Where two hotels are listed together, the hotel is assigned from the two by availability, and our team confirms which one before you pay.
  • Sharing a room with other pilgrims is possible when a place is free.
  • A room with a view can be requested for an extra charge, when available.
  • Children and infants stay in your room without a separate bed.
  • Unused nights in Makkah or Madinah are not refunded.

Cancellation

  • Cancel 25 days or more before departure and you get a full refund.
  • Cancel 16 to 24 days before departure and a charge of up to 50% may apply. Our team confirms the exact terms before you pay.
  • Cancel 15 days or less before departure and the trip is not refundable.

Do I pay now?

No. Send your request, and our team confirms availability and the final price with you first. Then you pay 75% to reserve, by card or bank transfer, and the remaining 25% once your flights are booked and your visas are issued.

Who gets the visa discount?

Every traveler holding a valid US or Schengen visa gets EGP 9,000 off. Count them when you build your trip and add a photo of each visa with your documents. Our team checks it and applies the discount to your final price.

Is the Umrah visa included?

Yes. Our team gets your Umrah visa and sends it to you in the app with your flight tickets.

What do I need to send?

Two things from each traveler. A photo of the passport photo page with the whole page in the frame, and a 4x6 photo on a white background, with a hijab for women. A photo taken at home in front of a white wall is fine.

Can I change the nights or the hotels?

Yes. Choose Your own program to stay fewer or more nights, or in other hotels, and tell us what you have in mind. Our team prices it with you in the chat. The listed trips keep their fixed prices.

Is the flight included?

Yes. Prices include a return flight ticket costed at EGP 17,500, with a direct flight home from Madinah. If the airline fare changes, the difference is added to or refunded from your price.

Can I choose between Swissotel Al Maqam and Al Safwa Orchid?

The hotel is assigned from the two by availability, and our team tells you which one before you pay. The same goes for Al Aqeeq and Al Haram in Madinah.

How much is it for children?

EGP 34,500 for a child aged 2 to 12 and EGP 19,500 for an infant under 2, both without a separate bed.

What are the gifts?

Every pilgrim gets a travel bag and gifts. We deliver them to your address, or you pick them up from us, whichever you prefer.

How do I book the Rawdah?

Through the Nusuk app. Our team helps you book it.
