Travel and Employment Information
- Travel dates, destination, purpose of visit, and accommodation details
- Previous Schengen visa history
- Employment details: employer name, address, phone, job title, or educational institution
Documents
- Passport photo images and visa-size photos
- Bank statements and financial documents
- Travel insurance certificates
- Employment letters, flight bookings, and hotel reservations
Technical and Usage Data
- IP address, browser type, device information, and operating system
- Usage patterns, pages visited, and feature interactions within the platform
- Chat conversation history with the assistant
2. How We Use Your Data
We use the collected information exclusively for the following purposes:
- Preparing and submitting visa application forms on the relevant visa application portals on your behalf
- Generating official visa application documents
- Booking visa appointments at application centres
- Reviewing uploaded documents against embassy requirements
- Generating supporting documents (cover letters, travel itineraries) for your application
- Sending you notifications about appointment confirmations, payment reminders, and application status updates
- Improving our Service through aggregated, anonymized analytics
We do not sell your personal data to third parties. We do not use your data for advertising purposes.

Visa Application Portals: Your personal and travel data is submitted to the relevant visa application portals as part of your visa application. This is the core purpose of the Service.
Payment Processors: Payment information (card details) is processed by our payment processor. We do not store your full card numbers.
Communication Providers: Your phone number and name may be used to send appointment confirmations and status updates via messaging and email services. You can opt out by contacting us.
Technology Providers: We use third-party technology services to power features such as our chat assistant, document review, and application processing. These providers process data under strict agreements and do not use your data for their own purposes.
Cloud Infrastructure Providers: Our platform is hosted on third-party cloud infrastructure providers that process data as part of securely hosting and operating the Service.
We do not share your data with any other third parties. We do not sell or rent your personal information.
5. Data Retention
We retain your data for the following periods:
- Active application data: Retained for the duration of your visa application process plus 12 months after completion
- Account information: Retained as long as your account is active, plus 6 months after deletion request to handle any pending matters
- Chat conversation history: Retained for 12 months after the last message, then automatically deleted
- Payment records: Retained for 5 years as required by Egyptian tax and commercial law
6. Your Rights
Under the Egyptian Personal Data Protection Law (Law 151/2020) and our commitment to data privacy, you have the following rights:
Right of Access: You can request a copy of all personal data we hold about you.
Right of Correction: You can request correction of any inaccurate or incomplete personal data.
Right of Deletion: You can request deletion of your personal data, subject to legal retention requirements. We will delete your data within 30 days of a verified request.

Note: a parent or guardian may use the Service on behalf of a minor applicant, in which case the parent/guardian is responsible for the data provided.

- Processing personal data only with your explicit consent or as necessary to provide the Service you requested

- Notifying the relevant Egyptian data protection authority and affected users in the event of a data breach
- Ensuring that cross-border data transfers comply with Egyptian law and provide adequate data protection
