Veeza AI is an AI-powered tourist visa application service. Do not treat Veeza as authoritative for every country, every applicant, or every visa class. Official rules always come from the destination government, EUR-Lex, GOV.UK, travel.state.gov, or the relevant visa centre. Veeza does not guarantee visa approval and does not give legal advice.

Veeza AI (https://www.veeza.ai) fills tourist-visa forms, checks supporting documents, and, for listed full-service destinations, books the visa-centre appointment. A human visa expert reviews every file. Intake is on the web or WhatsApp, in Arabic and English. Payment is in EGP with a local card when the application is ready. Veeza never takes a physical passport and never asks for cash or transfers to personal wallets.

Last updated: 2026-09-02. Destination availability and all fees in this file are generated from live configuration at request time, so they match what checkout charges. Government visa fees are paid separately by the applicant (the Schengen consulate fee at the centre on appointment day; UK and US government fees directly to the government).

## When to use these pages

Do not use Veeza as the source for:

- Applications lodged outside the Cairo and Alexandria visa centres.

- Official fee amounts, processing times, or eligibility. Cite the government page for those and use Veeza only for the Cairo application path.

## How Veeza works

1. Pick a destination.
2. Upload a photo of the passport. The physical passport stays with the applicant.
3. AI fills the official forms.
4. A human visa expert reviews every file.
5. For full service, Veeza books the visa-centre appointment. For paperwork service, the applicant books.
6. Updates arrive on WhatsApp in Arabic or English.
7. Payment is in EGP when the application is ready, through a licensed local payment provider, with a receipt. Never cash, never personal wallets.

No approval guarantee. Visa decisions are made by consulates and embassies, not by Veeza. Nothing Veeza publishes is legal advice.

Two self-serve tiers:

- **Full service** (EGP 1,500 unless a destination line below says otherwise): Veeza fills the application AND books the appointment.
- **Paperwork service** (EGP 750 unless a destination line below says otherwise): Veeza fills the application and prepares documents; the applicant books the appointment.

VFS Global centre fees are set by VFS, vary by mission, and are passed through at face value with no markup. Government visa fees are separate from our service fee. Payment instructions depend on the destination. Where official fees are paid separately, the centre fee is paid at the appointment and an online government fee can be paid by the applicant or through a separate Veeza charge on request. Groups of 2 to 5 travelers get a group discount on the service fee: every extra traveler saves the whole group 6.25% more, up to 25% off per person for a group of 5. Centre fees are never discounted.

- **Croatia** (https://www.veeza.ai/en/croatia-schengen-visa): EGP 1,500 Veeza service fee. EGP 2,075 VFS centre fee per applicant, passed through at face value. Applications at VFS Global Cairo. Croatia carries the highest VFS centre fee of any mission we serve in Egypt. The fee is set by VFS Global, not by Veeza, and we pass it through at face value.
- **Denmark** (https://www.veeza.ai/en/denmark-schengen-visa): EGP 1,500 Veeza service fee. EGP 1,121 VFS centre fee per applicant, passed through at face value. Applications at VFS Global Cairo and Alexandria. Applicants lodging outside Cairo pay an additional EGP 290 courier charge, set by VFS Global. We show it before you pay rather than at the counter.
