UK Visa Cost from Egypt (2026)

A UK Standard Visitor Visa from Egypt costs GBP 115 in UKVI fees for the standard six-month visit, plus the VFS Global Cairo service fee and the Veeza concierge fee, which is quoted on request. The UKVI fee is the fixed part. It is paid online to the UK government when you submit, in pounds, so the Egyptian pound cost moves with the exchange rate on the day you pay. Longer visas cost substantially more on the UKVI side. Two-year, five-year and ten-year multi-entry visitor visas each step up in price, and the ten-year runs several times the six-month fee. Priority processing is a separate optional charge on top of all of it. None of these fees are refundable if the application is refused, which is the most expensive reason to get the document set right the first time.

Veeza concierge

Veeza's UK concierge fee is quoted on request: send your travel dates on WhatsApp and we reply with a fixed price. The fee covers the GOV.UK application fill, cover letter, document pre-flight, VFS Cairo appointment booking, and a briefing on what to bring. UKVI and VFS fees are passed through at face value.

FAQ

Why does a 10-year UK visa cost more than a 6-month one?

UKVI charges based on visa validity period: GBP 115 for 6 months, GBP 432 for 2 years, GBP 771 for 5 years, GBP 963 for 10 years. The longer the validity, the higher the fee. First-time applicants from Egypt typically receive 6-month visas regardless of which fee they pay.

Are UKVI fees refundable if rejected?

No. UKVI fees are non-refundable regardless of decision.

Do I need to pay the Immigration Health Surcharge?

No. The Immigration Health Surcharge applies to long-stay UK visas (work, study, settlement), not to Standard Visitor Visas.
